We have the plants so please if you have a picture of an interesting plant combination which works well send it to me to be included in this section.
So in 2011 Judy (on the allotments) and with Capel Manor Horticultural College will be looking at good plant associations for the border so we can go into winter with a colour fix. After all we have fireworks in November to cheer us up.
Useful link for an inexpensive way to build up that interesting mixed border and have a lot of fun along the way. Lots of interesting and unusual seeds

Mid-October and the show continues on open allotments until the first hard frosts but in a more sheltered garden such as at Capel Manor in the house borders well into November.
